The Investment Circle

Private deal flow. Member-led, member-vetted, never marketed. The council facilitates conversation. The principals do the work.

How the Circle Works

A member brings an opportunity to the room. The room receives context, asks questions, and offers counsel. What happens next is between principals — privately, properly, with independent advice.

XIII
Section I

Five Principles

I.

Private Deal Flow

The room sees opportunity that is not yet — and may never be — on the public market. Off-market property, principal stakes, family-held businesses in transition.

II.

Member-Led

Every opportunity is brought by a sitting member, who has skin in the room. The council does not source, broker, or place capital.

III.

Capital Conversations

The salons are for context — strategy, structure, jurisdiction, timing. The capital itself is moved between principals, off the table.

IV.

Due Diligence Culture

Members hold each other to a standard higher than the market’s. References are taken. Documents are read. Counsel is independent.

V.

No Public Offers

Nothing presented in the room is offered to the public. Nothing on this site is a solicitation. Membership is the only door.

VI.

Long Horizons

The room is built for ten-year decisions. Quick capital and quick exits live elsewhere. Continuity is the asset class.

Section II

Where the Conversations Sit

Indicative, never exhaustive. Members bring what they know. The room responds with what it knows.

I.

Real Assets

Mediterranean property, agricultural land, vineyards, marinas.

II.

Private Markets

Operating businesses, founder-led platforms, secondaries.

III.

Strategic Holdings

Family-controlled stakes, succession structures, holdings.

IV.

Digital Assets

Long-horizon allocations, infrastructure, treasury structures — held with the same discipline as everything else.

Section III

The Standard of the Room

Three obligations. Each member, every conversation.

  1. I.

    Bring it whole

An opportunity is presented complete: the principal, the structure, the risk, the alternative. No partial pictures.

  2. II.

    Hold it at arm’s length

The presenting member discloses interest, fees, and incentives. Nothing is implied. Conflicts are surfaced before the conversation begins.

  3. III.

    Counsel independently

Every member retains independent counsel for any transaction that follows. The room is for context. The lawyers are for closing.

Disclaimer · Plainly stated

No Advice. No Offer. No Guarantee.

Templar XIII does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Any opportunity discussed between members is private, member-led, and subject to independent due diligence. No returns are promised or guaranteed.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of securities, an invitation to invest, or a solicitation of any kind. Members and prospective members must consult their own legal, tax, and financial advisers before any decision. Past performance — whether of a member, a presenter, or an asset class — is never indicative of future outcome.

For principals only

A seat at the salon

Salons are reserved for sitting members. Candidates may attend a single dinner during the vetting process.
